All customization items are made to order, and are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt. Therefore it requires more processing time than items in stock, and once an order is placed it is not eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.

We would like to offer you a small-size sample, and the sample fee will be refunded after you make the final order.

Processing time:

1 week.

Size limit:

The size of the mat should be no bigger than 80x160cm, or 31"x63". Let us know if you would like large-size mat, we will try to find out a solution.
