Customization Process

1. Send us your image and requirements.
   Please email your image, design file, preferred size, or the product link you would like to customize, along with any specific customization requirements.

2. Confirm the size and quote.
   After reviewing your request, we will confirm the available size, customization details, and final price with you before production.
3. Production and shipping.
   Once the details are confirmed, we will create your custom kitchen mat and ship it to you after completion.

Processing Time

Custom orders typically take 2–3 business days to complete before shipping.

Size

This mat is approximately 6mm thick. Multiple standard sizes are available, and custom sizes can also be made upon request.

Material

The top surface is printed with eco-friendly reactive dyes for clear, vibrant, and long-lasting designs. The bottom is made of non-slip PVC material, helping the mat stay securely in place and reducing shifting during daily use.

Easy to Clean

Designed for everyday kitchen use, this mat is easy to maintain. Simply wipe away dirt, spills, or stains with a damp cloth, or use a hand-held vacuum as needed.

Care Notice

If you notice any loose ends, do not pull them. Carefully trim them with scissors instead.
