Handmade Production: Once confirmed, your rug will be carefully tufted, trimmed, backed, and finished.
Processing Time
Custom orders typically take about 1 week to complete before shipping. More complex designs or larger sizes may require additional time.
Size Options
We offer a variety of custom sizes. The maximum standard size is approximately 80 × 160 cm / 31" × 63". If you need a larger size, please contact us before placing your order and we will check what is possible.
Material
Each rug is made with soft tufted yarn and a durable fabric base, designed for comfort, texture, and long-lasting everyday use.
Care Instructions
- Machine washable on a gentle cycle.
- Use cold water and mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble dry low or air dry.
- Wash separately for best results.
Non-Slip Backing
Each rug includes a non-slip backing to help keep it securely in place on clean, dry floors.
Cancellation & Return Policy
All custom rugs are made to order and submitted for production shortly after confirmation. Because each item is personalized, custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, changes, returns, or exchanges once production has started.
Sample Option
We offer a small-size sample option. The sample fee can be refunded after you place the final custom order.
