All customization items are made to order, and are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt. Therefore it requires more processing time than items in stock, and once an order is placed it is not eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.

Size limit:
The size of the mat should be no bigger than 80x160cm, or 31"x63". Let us know if you would like large-size mat, we will try to find out a solution.
Material
The bath mat is made of heavy-density yarn. Thick and fluffy contact surface offers exceptional comfortable feels to help soothe tired feet, and is super absorbent that helps save your floors from dripping water while you were stepping out of the bath, shower, or getting ready by the sink.
Non-slip Backing
Our non-slip bath rug is more than safe and ideally suitable to grip various floors including wood floor and tile floor. Note: please make sure that the surface under the mat is smooth, clean, and dry to prevent slipping.
Machine Washable
The mat is as easy to maintain as it is to enjoy, simply throw it into your washing machine in gentle detergent with gentle cycle and let it air dry naturally.
